| When I first got married my husband bragged and bragged to his friends and family about how big and nice the engagement ring that he gave me was. After being married for five years, I went to a jewlers to get my wedding ring cleaned and told the jewler to be careful as it was worth mega bux. The jewler laughed in my face! It was a fake (cubic zirconium)! What a cheap bastard! I wonder what else has been fake in our marriage.... |

I am a jeweler, and you wouldnt believe how many times this has happened in my store. I hate to tell the women they have a fake ring. You can only imagine their reaction. They leave my store crying esoterically. My heart breaks for them, because not only do they have to deal with the lie of the ring. They have to ask themselves so many other questions that involve the relationship. I am so sorry this happened to you. |

| OMG, the same thing happened to my sister, but when she got married they didn't have any money. When she found out about the ring 10 years later, he more than made up for it. But to me the relationship started out as a lie. |

| I would never put up with that crap. No way, no how. First of all you should have known he was cheap when you married him.
