| Ok i live with my dad because i help him out with my sibilings because my mother died and because of the recession its way cheaper not to send youngest sibilings to daycare and he home schools me at night when they go to sleep. I do all the cooking, cleaning, and all the stuff that comes along. My dad has 3 jobs that barley help us make it. Anyways i met this really nice guy online who i really like and he invited me on a date(its local teen dating). The only problem is i have nothing to wear. I dont own one girl item. I only wear my dads hand-me-downs. Alex has only seen me from the head up. So i dont know what to wear. I can't ask my dad for money cause he doesnt have any. Alex says he doesnt care how i come but i've known him for about two years and i want this to be special...What do i do? |

| Im sorry to hear about your mom.
Sounds like you guys are in a tough situation.
Your family is going through a rough time. Be honest with this guy. As long as you are clean and your clothes are clean, do not be ashamed.
BTW, does your dad know you are talking to the guy? |

| Maybe you can ask a homegirl for something to wear? or if you're close to your mother size you could wear some of her clothes |
